Reporting to the Head of FP&A & Senior Manager, you will assist with the business planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for the Gen II Group. In addition to assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the Group Consolidation model and consolidated accounting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting framework to key stakeholders across the business.
- Support the Senior Manager and Head of FP&A in the business planning cycle, including detailed financial modelling and analysis for the Group’s Strategic Plan, business plans and operating budget/forecasts.
- Assist in quarterly re-forecasting process, including the development of billings and revenue forecasts, direct cost forecasts, as well as indirect and group operating costs.
- Help develop and build the Staff cost model, looking at KPIs and variances to budget narrative.

The ideal background for this role:
- Degree in Accounting and Finance is preferred.
- Previous office experience.
- Ability to work with demanding deadlines and be a team player.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP principles.
Desirable:
- Excel modelling expertise.
- Knowledge and experience of working in a complex environment where the provision of MI is a key business driver.
- Experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally in FP&A.
Role Location/Hybrid Schedule
This role is based in our London office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken is dependent on the demands and needs of the business, the office space available and the individual’s preferences and circumstances.
