Responsibilities
- Undertake daily cash flow monitoring of client bank accounts
- Maintain asset registers and review ownership documentation of those assets
- Review drawdowns and distributions
- Quarterly analysis of management account information and reconciliations
- Reconciliations of monthly cash activity
- Correspondence with clients and intermediaries
- Assisting more senior staff with their client portfolio
- Assisting with the preparation of client reports
- Organising own client portfolio, prioritising workload and dealing with matters in a timely manner
- Assisting with review of invoices
- Daily input of time on timesheet
Ideal background
- Sound academic background (preferably Finance/Accounting related)
- Preference for candidate to be studying towards or willingness to study for a professional qualification such as:
- Certificate or Diploma in Fund Administration
- CISI – Foundation
Role Location / Hybrid Schedule
This role is based in our Southampton office. Although the nature of most roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken depend on business needs, available office space, and individual preferences.
