You will monitor incidents and service requests, ensure end-user satisfaction, and work with stakeholders to validate requirements for scalable solutions and a product roadmap.
In this role you will provide ongoing change control, maintenance, and end-user support, oversee software releases and UAT, and coordinate across time zones.
