Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with critical Client Service stakeholders to document complex project requirements
  • Leverage experience to supplement and enrich incomplete requirements from stakeholders
  • Coordinate with development resources to explain complex requirements
  • Support proactive training for key clients to drive technology adoption
  • Support senior Qlik team in coordinating with development resources on major development projects
  • Build and customize complex reporting templates based on business requirements
  • Provide ad-hoc and proactive user support and education to key clients on data model including data capture in underlying technology platforms
  • Serve as technical SME resource for analysts and stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Job requirements, skills, education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years’ work experience in a reporting environment for Financial Services
  • Experienced in data mapping
  • Knowledge of financial reporting
  • Extensive Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Private Equity experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issues
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven project management skills
  • Superior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills
  • Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
