Gen is seeking a Principal User Researcher to own the research strategy for the Partner organisation—one of the most strategically important areas of the business. This role focuses on B2B2C partnerships with telcos, employers and OEMs, ensuring end users are understood and represented in product decisions.
You will build the research foundation from scratch, map end users’ mental models, run generative and evaluative studies, and create reusable frameworks and playbooks that raise the team’s effectiveness.
