Junior Business Development & Operations Coordinator
Good at finding information, staying organised and getting things done?
We're looking for someone who can research business opportunities, communicate clearly and help keep important work moving.
You'll work directly with Gen3Block's founder, support day-to-day business activities and gain practical experience along the way.
You don't need a coding background or a particular degree. Good judgement, clear communication and a willingness to learn matter more.
Role details: Part-time · £16 per hour · Approx. 8 hours a week
This is a practical business support position, working directly with Gen3Block's founder. The work is varied, but the standard is simple: be accurate, follow through, and make the next action clear.
- Research relevant companies, business needs and opportunities from reliable sources.
- Draft professional follow-ups and prepare contact notes for approval.
- Keep CRM records, actions, decisions and deadlines organised.
- Help coordinate information, documents and meeting preparation for client and partner work.
- Look for relevant events, potential training opportunities and procurement notices; summarise what matters.
- Use approved digital tools and AI assistance responsibly, verifying facts before sharing them.

- You write clearly and can explain your reasoning.
