At Gems Sampling, we deliver high-impact product sampling campaigns for results-driven brands. Working with exciting household names including KIND, Innocent, and Lindt, as well as partnering with Walmart to deliver their subscription Beauty Box and new Wellness Box initiatives. We create engaging sampling experiences that connect brands with consumers at key moments in their everyday lives. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of a small business.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Campaign & Implementation Coordinator to join our growing team. Sitting within the Operations & Campaigns team, you will support the delivery of integrated sampling campaigns across digital and physical channels, helping to ensure campaigns run smoothly from setup through to reporting. You will report directly to our Head of Implementation and Campaign Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including subscription box campaigns
  • Assist the Campaign Manager with the day-to-day management and coordination of campaigns
  • Create campaign timelines and support the internal briefing process, ensuring CRM notes and communications are clear for all stakeholders
  • Support campaign setup across platforms including WordPress and SendGrid
  • Ensure all digital campaign assets are delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor campaign progress, identifying and flagging risks or delays where necessary
  • Analyse campaign performance using proprietary tools and consumer survey data, providing clear and actionable insights
  • Support social media planning and copywriting activity
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow processes while also identifying improvements
  • Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms and systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, filtering, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to carry out quality assurance checks across websites, forms, and campaign journeys
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience using WordPress
Nice to haves
  • Experience with Elementor or other web builders
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign sends (e.g. SendGrid, MailChimp)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, or system integrations
  • Experience creating reports or dashboards within CRM platforms
  • Shopify admin or customer service experience
  • Google Analytics experience
