We are looking for positive, driven, and flexible TV Producers to lead and deliver high-performing live sales television shows across Gemporia's international network. This role requires creative planning, decisive execution, and the ability to adapt quickly in a live environment, ensuring every show feels unique, exciting, and commercially successful. As Producer, you are the key decision-maker during your shift, with full responsibility for sales performance and creative delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Creatively plan, structure, and deliver live TV shows that maximise conversion, revenue, and profitability.
- Live Decision Making: React quickly and confidently to live sales data, audience behaviour, and changing priorities.
- Creative Show Planning: Continuously refine and evolve presentations to keep content fresh and make every show feel special.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and support presenters and studio teams to consistently push performance and exceed targets.
- Performance Optimisation: Balance creativity and commercial thinking to deliver immediate, profitable results.
