Gemmetry is a new lab-grown diamond fine jewellery brand built around modern design, made-to-order craftsmanship and a more design-led, futuristic approach to fine jewellery. The brand is based in London and is currently preparing for its official online launch this summer.

We are looking for a highly capable Freelance Product & Brand Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of the brand as we move through launch and into early trading. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly execution-driven, with strong independent thinking, initiative and good judgement. You will work directly with the founder across product development, supplier coordination, launch readiness and day-to-day brand execution. You will act as the founder’s right hand across product, operations and launch, helping translate ideas into execution and ensuring everything moves forward efficiently. A strong sense of aesthetics, visual judgement and attention to detail will be important in this role, alongside the ability to bring structure, follow-through and momentum to a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product development trackers and key launch workstreams
  • Follow up on CADs, quotes, samples and approvals
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with suppliers and external partners
  • Support launch readiness across product, packaging and website
  • Track product information, imagery, copy and asset readiness
  • Organise documents, trackers, product files and action lists
  • Act as the founder’s right hand across day-to-day execution
  • Help translate ideas and decisions into clear actions and follow-through
  • Maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and priorities

Qualifications

  • Extremely organised, detail-oriented and highly proactive
  • Strong execution mindset with initiative, ownership and follow-through
  • Fast thinker and confident problem solver
  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Confident using spreadsheets, trackers and shared documents
  • Prior experience in luxury, jewellery, accessories, e-commerce, branding or startup environments is a plus

Role Details

  • Freelance / part-time – ideally 3-4 days per week with flexible hours
