As we expand our team were excited to offer a unique opportunity for an HR Intern to join our Bali campus gaining handson experience in a supportive and forwardthinking environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in recruitment by posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 2. Employee Relations: Support employee engagement performance evaluations and maintaining employee records. Assist with benefits administration and employee relations initiatives. 3. HR Policy & Compliance: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Help ensure legal compliance in all HR matters and maintain HR data systems. 4. HR Projects & Events: Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement programs training initiatives and wellness programs Organize teambuilding activities workshops and company events to foster a collaborative culture What You Will Learn: Experience in recruitment onboarding and managing HR tools for productivity. Developing HR strategies and understanding employee engagement retention and workplace culture. Exposure to employment laws compliance and HR software in a fastpaced environment. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field Passionate about people management and company culture with strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; HR software experience is a plus. Organized able to multitask and work independently or within a team.
