This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the daily operations of our beautiful campus which includes a caf bar restaurant and event spaces working alongside a dedicated team of 12 staff members . Youll collaborate directly with the owners of EX Venture gaining valuable realworld management experience in hospitality and event operations. Your Responsibilities: 1. Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daytoday management of our caf bar restaurant and event spaces ensuring a high standard of service and customer experience. Lead a team of 12 staff members providing daily guidance ensuring tasks are completed and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. 2. Enhance the Guest Experience: Create an inspirational and welcoming atmosphere for guests and our international community. Work closely with the owners to implement new strategies for improving the guest experience from events to daily services in our hospitality outlets. 3. Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute various events and workshops hosted at the campus including guest speaker series networking sessions and social events. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to promote events drive attendance and ensure seamless execution. 4. Team Leadership & Motivation: Inspire and motivate the staff fostering a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and energized . Develop leadership skills by taking initiative solving problems and guiding the team through the challenges of daytoday operations. 5. Operational Improvements & Strategy: Work with the owners to identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction . Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the leadership team to discuss performance and upcoming goals.
