The Employment team advises employees and employers on a comprehensive range of employment law matters, acting for both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunals, County Courts, and the High Court. The team delivers practical, strategic advice from the outset of a matter through to resolution by negotiation, mediation, settlement, or litigation.

  • Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters from inception to conclusion.
  • Discrimination Claims; Breach of Contract; Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
  • Draft legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental, regulatory, and firm-wide procedures.
  • Contribute to business development activities and help generate new business opportunities.

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Employment Law.

  • Demonstrable experience handling privately funded employment law matters.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Employment Law and Employment Tribunal procedures.
  • Experience undertaking your own advocacy is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work effectively towards key performance indicators.
  • Strong networking and business development skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and case/document management systems.
