Theirbroadspectrumofbillingservicesvariesacrossmultipleareasofpracticeisbasedonasoundknowledgeofthecostssystemandtheabilitytomanageclientexpectationstoensuretheircashflowismaintained.
TheirworkinvolvesawidevarietyoflegalpracticeareasandincludingCourtofProtection,ChildrenLaw,ClinicalNegligence,CommercialLitigation,Family,Housing&PropertyLitigation,Immigration,JudicialReviewandPersonalInjurymatters.Thisincludes,allthevariedtypesofBills,PODS;Replies;Negotiations;Budgets–relevantprecedents,PAandDAassessmentsetc..
TheRole:
Theidealcandidatewillhavestrongtechnicalknowledgeandexperienceofdraftingbills,excellentnegotiationskills,supervisionortrainingexperiencewouldbebeneficial.CostLawserviceswouldalsobekeenoncandidatewhoarelookingtoreducetheirCostspracticeforamoreAssistantmanagementrole.

- Carryingoutstaffappraisals;
- Businessdevelopment–lookingtomarkettheCompanyinaccordancewiththestrategicbusinessdevelopmentplantoincreaseclientbaseandturnover;
- GuidingstaffwhohavequerieswhendraftingLegalAidClaims(Claim1’s/Claim1a’s/Claim2’s,interpartesbills,budgetsandplans);
- ToliaiseandadviseClientsfeeearnersofandsupportstaffinrelationtothevarietyoflegalcostsmatters;
