Court of Protection - Deputyship Team Background:
Our Client's Court of Protection Deputyship Team provides specialist legal advice and support to vulnerable individuals who lack capacity to manage their property and financial affairs, as well as to family members, professional deputies, trustees and other representatives.
The team acts in a broad range of Property & Affairs Deputyship matters, including deputyship applications, ongoing deputyship administration, personal injury and clinical negligence trust management, statutory wills, gifting applications, property transactions, tax and estate planning matters, and Court of Protection proceedings relating to financial affairs. The team is committed to protecting and promoting the interests of vulnerable clients while delivering practical, client-focused solutions and exceptional standards of care.
