We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to take ownership of our stores function. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations, supporting both production and dispatch activities. You will help maintain accurate inventory levels and work closely with internal teams to ensure stock is effectively managed. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming deliveries by checking quantities against supplier documentation and accurately book goods into the inventory system.
- Pick products for dispatch and production.
- Pack small control panels for courier shipment or customer collection.
- Monitor inventory levels and support timely reordering.
- Liaise with the purchaser to ensure stock is reordered and maintained at appropriate levels.
- Report discrepancies to the office.
- Independently lead and manage the stores function, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Working online with our ISO requirements.
Requirements
- Previous knowledge of inventory systems.
- Worked in a store's role for 2+ years.
- Forklift truck license.
- This is an on-site role requiring attendance at the workplace on a daily basis.
