Gemini Accident Repair Centres’ Steer Training Academy seeks an experienced Technical Training & Development Coordinator to design, coordinate and deliver CPD, technical training and apprenticeship programmes across the UK, ensuring compliance with BS10125:2022 and industry standards.
You will work with operational teams, training providers and partners to identify needs, develop materials, maintain records in LMS, and support apprentices through recruitment, inductions and progress reviews.
