Job Description

We are recruiting Parcel Sorters and Warehouse Cleaners to work at an Industry leading Parcel Delivery Company. These roles involve either sorting parcels for deliveries or preparing the warehouse for the next shift. Available Shifts

Night Shift (Parcel Sorting)

  • 18:30 – 03:30
  • 19:30 – 04:00
  • 21:00 – 04:00
  • Work any day(s) from Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently
  • Handling parcels weighing up to 25kg
  • Loading and unloading parcels onto conveyor belts
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment

Pay Progression:

  • £11.44 per hour (increasing to £12.21 in April)
  • After 12 weeks: £13.60 per hour

Morning Shift (Warehouse Cleaning & Parcel Loading)

  • 05:30 – 14:00
  • Own transport required (no public transport available at this time)

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning the warehouse and preparing for the night shift
  • Sorting small parcels and parcels scheduled for daytime deliveries
  • Loading parcels into vans for distribution
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

Pay Rate:

  • £11.44 per hour (rising to £12.21 in April)

Mandatory Induction Details

Date: Friday, 21st March 2025Time: 17:00 (2-hour session)

What We Need from You

  • Own transport is essential (due to shift timings)
  • DBS check required (£21.50 fee applies if you do not already have one, which is valid within the last year)
  • Comfortable handling manual tasks and lifting up to 25kg
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
