Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for regular, reliable work? We’re recruiting professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our Client’s leading logistics operation in Northampton. This is ongoing work - not just a few shifts here and there. Whether you prefer early starts, late finishes, or weekend runs, we’ve got shifts to suit you.
Shift Patterns & Pay Rates (PAYE):
- Day Shifts: Start times: 06:00 - 14:00 / 16:00 £15.28 per hour (Weekdays) £20.00 per hour (Weekends)
- Night Shifts: Start times: 18:00 - 02:00 / 04:00 £17.90 per hour (Weekdays) £22.00 per hour (Weekends)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving a Class 1 vehicle (C+E licence required)
- Delivering and collecting goods across the UK
- Some handballing will be involved
- Completing vehicle checks and paperwork accurately
- Maintaining a professional approach at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid UK C+E (Class 1) licence
- CPC and Digi Tacho cards
- Minimum 2 years of HGV Class 1 experience (preferred)
- No points on your licence is a strong advantage
- A reliable and positive attitude
