Warehouse Operatives Required – Hinckley, Leicester (LE10 3FF)

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Day, Morning & Night Shifts | Weekend Work Available

We are currently recruiting hard-working and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in Hinckley, Leicester (LE10 3FF).

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with physical work. Various shifts are available, with flexible opportunities for full-time, part-time and weekend workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading parcels from vehicles and other designated areas.
• Regular heavy lifting of parcels weighing up to 25 kg or more.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Shift Patterns Available

• Day Shifts
• Morning Shifts
• Night Shifts
• Weekend Shifts

Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: £12.71 per hour.
• Night Shift: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £15.01 per hour after 12 weeks.

Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting.
• Must have your own safety shoes.
• Must be willing to undergo a DBS check.
• Ideally have your own transport or a reliable way to travel to the work location.
• Must be able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
