We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant for our client based just outside Glasgow city in East Dunbartonshire for their finance team to cover a period of change as they update new systems. The role will start ASAP and will be for 6 months to help the new ERP system transition.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for:
- Assisting with producing the monthly management accounts
- Data analysis
- Focusing on balance sheet reconciliations
- Month-end journal reporting
- Statutory Accounts preparation
- Assisting with the forecasting and budgeting preparation to contribute towards further analysis
- Ensuring all accounting policies and procedures are applied
- Completing any ad hoc duties as requested by your manager
Applicants can be qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience, with strong management accounting skills. MS Excel skills are essential, as they will be working heavily on MS Excel.
