Are you an experienced Operations professional from private credit, alternatives, or asset management, looking for your next high-impact role? Gemcorp Capital - a leading emerging markets investment firm specialising in private credit, trade finance, liquid markets and special situations is hiring a Senior Associate to join our growing Operations team in London on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a rare opportunity to take real end-to-end ownership across the transaction lifecycle, work directly with Investment, Risk and Finance teams, and help shape the firm's operating model during a genuine period of growth.
What You'll Own
- Full transaction lifecycle - trade capture through to settlement, servicing and maturity
- Daily treasury function, cash management and cash flow projections
- Daily/periodic MIS, P&L and liquidity reporting
- Oversight of the fund administrator, reconciliations and margining
- The firm's portfolio management system and integrity of market data
- Process improvement, automation and operational change projects

- Solid Operations experience in private credit, alternatives, asset management or banking
- Strong grasp of transaction lifecycles and fund operational processes
- Broad product and financial markets knowledge
