We’re searching for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales efficiency and ensuring our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers thrive, with faster deals and renewals.

Motivate, marshal and help unblock issues to get their deals over the line faster.

Renewal Progression: Ensure renewal plans are accurate and on-track, holding two Customer Success Managers accountable.

Pipeline Management: Identify and communicate gaps in pipeline generation activities to the account execs and senior leadership team, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and help unblock issues and bottlenecks.

CRM Compliance: Ensure that the CRM is clean, accurate and purposeful, reflecting the true status of the sales pipeline. This should be achieved through ensuring compliance from the sales team, not as admin support for them!

Reporting: Deliver precise and timely sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights that support informed decision-making.

Communication: Act as the liaison between the sales team and senior leadership team, providing honest, direct, and clear communication regarding sales operations and performance.
This role is not about expanding or building a sales ops team, or adding a shiny new tech stack , but refining our existing processes to make them flawless and working closely with the Account Executives to implement them. We are committed to developing a repeatable and efficient system that drives consistent results.
