If you’re an SDR through and through, we’ve got the perfect spot for you…, At Gemba, we’re revolutionising the B2B training world with our VR platform, helping massive global manufacturing companies upskill their teams. We’re looking for a knowledgeable, experienced SDR to join our team and drive the early stages of our sales process., * 8+ years of experience in sales, ideally as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or other ‘opening’ role.

Desire to hone your craft and excel as an SDR, rather than using it as a stepping stone to become an Account Executive.

Proven expertise in converting cold outreach and marketing leads into sales-qualified leads within global enterprises.

Experience with large manufacturing firms or similar markets.

Experience with a SaaS enterprise sales cycle – contracts starting at £100k+.

A self-starter with a clinical, knowledgeable approach who understands our customer.

Mature, stable, and ready to focus on building relationships that open doors, not just close deals.
