Purpose of the Role To lead the final phase of Gemba's Salesforce, Mission Control and Accountability implementation and deliver a successful go-live across EME and APAC.
The implementation is already underway and has progressed through design, build and testing phases.
The role is focused on execution, adoption and stabilisation, ensuring the business successfully transitions into the new technology stack and operating model.
The Tech Stack Project Manager will coordinate internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to complete outstanding activities, manage cutover and go-live readiness, support user adoption and establish a stable BAU operating environment.
Success will be measured by achieving a successful go-live and transition to BAU operation.
