About the Role

  • Structured training in welfare rights, money advice and case record management
  • On the job learning and peer-to-peer support
  • A tailored personal development plan so that you can keep thriving beyond your initial training
  • Opportunity to progress to a Level 2 Adviser role on completion of your training

You’ll gain:

  • Technical knowledge in Welfare Rights and Debt
  • Experience working with clients on a one-to-one basis providing advice on a whole range of matters including benefit checks, assisting with applications for benefits and grants, and providing benefit advice.
