About the Role
- Structured training in welfare rights, money advice and case record management
- On the job learning and peer-to-peer support
- A tailored personal development plan so that you can keep thriving beyond your initial training
- Opportunity to progress to a Level 2 Adviser role on completion of your training
You’ll gain:
- Technical knowledge in Welfare Rights and Debt
- Experience working with clients on a one-to-one basis providing advice on a whole range of matters including benefit checks, assisting with applications for benefits and grants and providing benefit advice.
