Looking for a support worker with a car in the L8 area, Liverpool, Toxteth, Sunnyside to help a disabled woman with the following tasks:
- Assist with laundry
- Make food
- Take dogs out and feed pets
- Wash dishes
- Get a few items from the shop
- Help with drinking and eating (due to bedbound condition)
I am bedbound a lot and sometimes cannot move or talk, so I need help with drinking and eating. I live in a large hippy commune with two dogs and a cat. Very friendly.
Schedule & Hours: 5 days a week, 20 hours per week (morning call and tea time call). Includes 2 extra hours a week for community reach – taking me out to a park or shops in a wheelchair as I am housebound. Flexible: hours can be split between two people to stay under 16 hours if needed.
Pay & Benefits: Direct payments through the council: £12.21 per hour. Plus a £50 cash bonus each month.
