My client is a rapidly growing international main market listed organisation offering a range of solutions to the global Financial & Professional Services sector.
As part of their exciting growth plans a new opportunity now exists for an experienced Support Executive / EA to join one of their well established and growing client services teams based in the London HQ.
You would play a vital role in helping to deliver excellent client service and enabling their client facing Directors to focus on leadership, technical excellence and business development.
This is a support position combining engagement and client support, systems and technology administration and financial coordination.
Responsibilities:
* Client and engagement administration for a portfolio of client contracts and ongoing engagements, which would include client onboarding and contractual set up, supporting client and engagement meetings, expenses and travel coordination and chargeable work facilitation.
- Systems and technology administration, which would include maintaining client records, data quality and compliance to standards, technology adoption support and system changes.
- Financial process coordination including invoicing and credit process support, time recording activities and MI updates.
- General team support activities and regulatory obligation facilitation, internal team collaboration and process improvement.
The Person
- Experience in client, account and or engagement administration, ideally in a professional, legal or consultancy services led environment.
* Diary management and travel booking experience.
* Systems administration experience or aptitude for technology.
* Financial understanding, comfortable with invoicing, WIP, billing processes.
* Proactive problem-solver with a "sleeves rolled up" mentality who takes ownership.
* Outstanding organiser able to prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines, and manage complexity with confidence.
Strong attention to detail.
* Adaptable, resilient, willing to learn, and committed to excellent client service.
* Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders, complex workloads and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
* Experience with PSA systems (Kantata), CRM platforms (MS Dynamics) or similar would be highly desirable.
