My client is a rapidly growing international main market listed organisation offering a range of solutions to the global Financial & Professional Services sector. As part of their exciting growth plans, a new opportunity now exists for an ambitious client or Executive Support Administrator / Associate to join one of their well-established and growing client services teams based in the London HQ.

You would play a vital role in providing the operational and administrative backbone that keeps client engagements running smoothly. This role sits at the heart of day-to-day client service activity, supporting our Client Support Executives and Directors by ensuring engagements are well organised, records are kept up to date and meetings are effectively supported. It spans client and team administration, systems management and financial processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a meaningful career in professional services.

You will be closely supported by our Client Support Executives, their Line Manager and the wider services team, and we actively encourage curiosity, on-the-job learning and a genuine interest in using technology to do the role well.

Responsibilities:

  • Client and engagement administration for a portfolio of client contracts and ongoing engagements, which would include client onboarding and contractual administration, supporting the scheduling of client and engagement meetings, expenses and travel coordination and producing reports.
  • Systems and technology administration, which would include maintaining client records, data quality and compliance to standards, technology adoption support and system changes.
  • Financial process coordination including invoicing and credit process support, time recording activities and query resolution.
  • General team support activities, internal team collaboration and process improvement.

The Person:

  • Experience in office support administration, ideally in a professional, legal or consultancy services led environment with client facing obligations.
  • Diary management and travel booking experience.
  • Good organisation skills, written and verbal communication.
  • IT literate with good MS Office suite application experience.
  • Adaptable, resilient, willing to learn, and committed to excellent client service.
  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related course would be helpful, but not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent organisation at an exciting time with genuine opportunities for career development and progression. Alongside their compelling salary and bonus, they also offer a very generous pension contribution, private medical and the ability to 'buy and sell' holidays. The role is based from their London office, offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office once the probationary period has been completed.
