Our client is a market leading international organisation with a considerable manufacturing footprint in the North East, which has seen sizable investment over a number of years. They are currently looking to strengthen their operations team with an experienced Production Planner.

Working as part of a small team, you would have responsibility for devising effective production schedules across a complex manufacturing environment in order to meet the needs of an international client base. Interpretation of medium to long term forecasts into demand and capacity plans that can be used to set production schedules and manning plans to achieve customer OTIF targets.

Candidates should have previous relevant experience of production planning and control within a fast moving MRP driven manufacturing environment. Ideally with a relevant technical, operations or supply chain qualification, candidates should have considerable experience with a dedicated or ERP modular planning system alongside strong analytical skills and first class communication.
