Responsibilities:
- Producing high quality products according to company standards and JWIs
- Working as a member of various workstations along an assembly process
- Operate production line equipment
- Assemble goods on a production line
- Carry out basic testing and quality checks
- Build up components and sub-assemblies into finished electrical or mechanical products
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machinery
- Report on defective products or machinery
- Ensures all production, planned manufacturing deadlines and efficiency targets are achieved
- Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations and handling of materials in the factory
Qualifications:
- Soldering experience (desirable)
- Spot welding experience (desirable)
- Ultra-sonic welding experience (desirable)
- Being able to follow job work instructions
- Able to work to within tight cycles/deadlines and with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in fast paced production environment
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Punctual and good time & attendance record
- Knowledge and understanding of 5S
