The role will involve maintaining accurate records, conducting compliance checks, supporting audits, and helping to ensure workers are fully compliant before placement. The successful candidate will develop an understanding of recruitment legislation, right-to-work verification, safeguarding requirements, data protection, and industry-specific compliance standards.
