We are looking for Counterbalance FLT Drivers to work in a production facility based in Newton Aycliffe. Reporting directly to your Line Leader, as an FLT Driver you will be a vital member of the team.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of logistics and inspection tasks, whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
- Follow standard operating guides to assist you in your role.
- Work in a warehouse environment, with elements of manual handling.
- Work within a fast-paced, demanding, team-oriented environment, aiming to achieve and exceed targets.
- Have a positive attitude and be able to quickly adapt to change.
- Be flexible.

- 3 Shift Rotation: Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 10:00pm - 6:00am)
- Rates of pay: £12.88 - £14.34 per hour plus 20% shift allowance for (6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm); £12.88 - £14.34 per hour plus 33% shift allowance for (10:00pm - 6:00am)
