A community healthcare provider is seeking Patient Care Advisors in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will manage patient communications, book appointments, and guide individuals through their care journey for musculoskeletal conditions. This temporary position can become permanent after 12 weeks based on performance.
Candidates must be able to start on 5th or 12th January 2026. Candidates should possess strong telephone customer service experience and excellent communication skills. The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
