The Role

We are seeking an experienced and engaging Leadership Training Facilitator to join our Delivery team. You will play a vital role in designing and delivering impactful leadership and management training across both our commercial courses and Apprenticeship programme at both Level 3 and 5.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, interactive leadership and management training sessions (virtual and/or face-to-face).
  • Facilitate apprenticeship workshops aligned with the relevant standards and bespoke to client needs e.g. Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Operations Manager.
  • Coach and assess learners to support their development and progression, including preparation for EPA.
  • Adapt content to suit a variety of learners and organisational contexts.
  • Track learners' progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely feedback.
  • Support clients by aligning training delivery with their strategic goals and skills gaps.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering leadership and management training in both commercial and apprenticeship contexts.
  • Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, EPA requirements and government-funded training landscape.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds and sectors.
  • Passion for leadership development and continuous improvement.
