IT Business Development Manager
Up to Circa £50,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
Location: Gateshead (Hybrid)
My client is a rapidly growing IT business providing managed service solutions to organizations across the UK. An opportunity exists to join this Gateshead-based company as a Business Development Manager.
Due to recent investment and continued growth, they are seeking a knowledgeable new business specialist to join their established business development team to maximize market share in the North East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: Research potential clients, attend industry events, and network to generate new leads.
- Developing and implementing business development strategies: Create plans to target specific markets, identify key accounts, and develop proposals and pricing strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships: Communicate regularly, understand client needs, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals: Work with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and secure new business.
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities: Track leads, qualify opportunities, and ensure a steady flow of potential clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to position and deliver the company\’s offerings effectively.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and technologies: Continuously learn about new technologies and best practices relevant to clients.
