My client is a rapidly growing global organisation offering a range of services to the Professional Services sector. As part of their exciting growth plans, an opportunity exists to join this business in an Executive Assistant capacity.
The role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract, but if performance levels meet the requirement, the client is committed to ensuring that the role is offered as a full time permanent position at the end of the initial 6 month period.
We are seeking a highly organised and capable EA to liaise closely with the internal departments and C suite team. Our ideal candidate would be able to dictate their time, skilfully balance competing priorities and effectively handle all administration and secretarial support matters. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a fast paced financial/professional services environment.
Key Duties:- Providing secretarial support to up to 6 board members
- Meeting organisation and diary management
- Making travel arrangements
- Meeting preparation and follow-ups
- Analysis of time and billable hours; co-ordination of client billing process
- Internal meeting co-ordination and excellent minute-taking
- Client communication / liaison re agendas, papers, board packs
- Maintaining CRM records; electronic document/record management
- Ideally with 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- The appointed person will ideally have experience of working in a broader EA team, and working alongside a team of colleagues
- Financial services experience would be beneficial
- Outstanding time management, organisational and planning skills - ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Aptitude for implementing efficient processes
- Enthusiasm to take on additional responsibility and able to operate outside of comfort zone
- Confident liaising at all levels of seniority, articulate
The role is based from their Manchester office, offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home when you are up to speed.
