DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE Salary: £30,000 Bonus Unlimited Holidays Share Options Location: North Shields My client is a software business operating in the logistics sector. In this newly created role, you will design and execute their digital marketing strategy with an emphasis on multi-channel campaigns. You’ll stay on top of firm deadlines and run multiple campaigns, while pursuing new ideas and means of engaging your audience. Duties * Support lead generation through creating and executing an effective marketing strategy. * Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, whilst helping to maintain their website and social media channels. * Undertake research and produce content to improve SEO and website conversions monitoring and evaluating performance. * Monitor digital channel performances and produce reports and recommendations for areas of improvement. * Help to maintain their website and social media channels Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience * This role is well suited to a graduate-calibre individual who has prior experience i.e. at least one role post-graduation, who is ambitious to work in an autonomous and entrepreneurial environment. * Experience of working within a B2B sector, ideally from a software, fintech, eCommerce or similar background. * Comfortable in managing campaigns with upwards of 20 touch points. * Degree qualified in a related subject or hold a professional qualification in digital marketing. * Excellent understanding of marketing concepts, best practices and impactful marketing tools. * Excellent communication skills and strong track record of creating compelling and effective integrated campaigns utilising the digital marketing mix. * Proven experience in the management of CMS, CRM and e-mail automation systems. * A passion for continued self-development and aspirations to further your career. In addition to their basic salary, they are offering a profit share bonus scheme, as well as the potential to earn shares within the business. This is a newly created role to support further growth and so there’s lots of opportunity to make your mark and add value to the business. Based out of their state-of-the-art North Shields HQ, you will have the opportunity to work 2 days from the office and 3 days from home once up to speed.
