Salary: £33,786 per annum

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

This role will involve:

  • Helping keep colleagues across the organisation informed, engaged and connected to what's going on.
  • Creating clear, engaging content; looking after internal channels, providing corporate events support and working with teams across the business to bring the company's strategy to life.

Your Experience:

Successful candidates will need:

  • Essential:
    • To hold a current and valid driving licence
    • Be educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
    • Hold a communications related qualification
    • To provide evidence of continuing professional development in communications
    • Demonstrable experience working in a communications role
    • Proven ability in content creation and managing multiple channels
    • Confidence in using content management systems, analytics tools and digital marketing methods
    • Good all-round writing ability and be able to identify and use the most appropriate and effective ways of communicating to diverse internal audiences
    • To be a people-person, able to establish rapport and build strong working relationships
    • Teamworking skills, making a positive contribution to help teams meet goals
    • The ability to advise and influence people on communications.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience of working in the housing sector
    • Experience of delivering internal communications/colleague engagement activities
