Our client in Newton Aycliffe is looking for a Sourcing Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role would suit a dynamic individual who would be happy working within a fast-paced, operational environment. It involves a diverse range of tasks, from supporting flow into the company s key manufacturing location, to supporting other areas of the business, such as relevant project support, change management, database management, systematic housekeeping and process development. Responsibilities and Key Tasks: * General assistance in day-to-day operations * Assist with PO/contract release to suppliers * Price changes and maintenance on system * Invoice queries and alignment with Accounts Payable * General housekeeping * Supplier alignment on local consumables * System support, transactions in ERP system * Cross functional alignment with local stakeholders * Database maintenance. Additional Skills/Qualifications Required: * Excellent planning and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks * Ability to work both as part of a team and independently * Excellent IT skills, especially within Microsoft Office. * General Supply Chain Management experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
