The Transport Manager will oversee all transport activity and ensure the efficient and safe movement of goods, compliance with regulations and effective management of their fleet and drivers.
The Role:
- Ensure that all vehicles are regularly serviced and inspected and that repairs are completed to maintain roadworthiness
- Lead, motivate and manage a team
- Recruit, train and supervise drivers, ensuring they hold valid licenses and adhere to company policies
