GEM are working with a global automotive organisation to recruit a number of manufacturing operatives for their high-profile facility in Newton Aycliffe. We are keen to hear from candidates with and without experience within this sector, as full training is provided.
Duties
- Perform a wide range of logistics and inspection tasks, whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
- Follow standard operation guides to assist you in your role.
- Work in a warehouse environment, with elements of manual handling.
- Work within a fast paced, demanding, team orientated environment, aiming to achieve and exceed targets.
- Basic warehouse duties housekeeping.
- Packing / un-boxing products.
- Loading / unloading wagons.
Required knowledge, skills or experience
- Have a can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible.
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 3 shift rotation
- Days – 07:00am-15:00pm £15.14
- Lates – 15:00pm-23:00pm £18.17
- Nights – 23:00pm-7:00am £20.19
