Due to continued expansion, GEM Interior Contracts Ltd are seeking to bolster their Commercial team with the appointment of a project Quantity Surveyor / QS, to work on a range of Interior Fit Out projects across the UK and Ireland.
Applicants will ideally possess a third level qualification, with a sound knowledge of the industry sector, and have a minimum of 1-2 years post graduation experience.
The Role:
- Cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
- Dealing with Subcontractor packages.
- Working knowledge of project cost control and financial reporting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, commercially aware, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
