Join the leadership team at The Gellions, Inverness' oldest and most iconic pub. We're looking for an experienced and motivated supervisor to help lead our team, ensuring smooth operations and a great experience for our diverse mix of locals and tourists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering drinks and consumables
  • Cellar management
  • Running busy shifts and leading by example
  • Opening and closing the venue
  • Training and mentoring staff
  • Assisting with the operation of a multi-faceted venue, including Monty's and Upstairs

What we're looking for:

  • Supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach with your team
  • Collaboration with other venue management to drive sales, standards, and implementation of new systems and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week
