The Junior Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing financial operations, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless execution of business management services. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional client service.

Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and their representatives, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
- Manage and supervise bookkeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight.
- Oversee financial operations including income collection, bill payments, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and preparation of management accounts, VAT returns, and year-end files.
- Coordinate insurance reviews, policy placements, and claims, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely compliance.
- Handle tour and project accounting, including budget management, settlements, reimbursements, and adherence to international tax requirements.
- Prepare and deliver clear client reporting such as management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Support clients with special projects and financial needs, including tax documentation and financing applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA) preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in accounting and business management (entertainment industry experience a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience with a focus on staff development and mentoring.
