Gelder Group are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to head up the Insurance Repair and Renovation Department at their Head Office in Sturton by Stow. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in people/operations management and the construction industry. Experience in insurance work is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of a large team including recruitment and appraisal
- Managing overall branch performance based on service level agreements including financial and customer satisfaction
- Operations management, ensuring the team operates to Gelder standards
- Offer strategic direction to promote sustainable future growth
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead a large team
- Exceptional mentoring skills to develop talent within the organisation
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- A proven track record, in the construction industry, of delivering projects on time and within budget

The remuneration at Gelder is highly competitive with industry standards and the successful candidate can expect the below package:
- Competitive salary (subject to experience)
