The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
You will oversee the shop floor, support the team and maintain the high standards that define the Gelatone brand.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and serve customers, providing a friendly and attentive service.
Manage the till and handle daily cash and card transactions.
Oversee the shop floor and ensure the store is always presented to the highest standards.
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team.
Ensure that products are displayed beautifully and that stock levels are maintained.
Monitor cleanliness, organisation and overall customer experience.
Open and close the store when required.
Support the founders in maintaining the premium image and values of the brand.
Deal with customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
