We are ramping up at Gelato and are looking for a hungry, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Analyzing open vacancies and understanding key assessment criteria
- Reviewing and filtering applications
- Sourcing high-quality candidates
- Managing candidates through the process (end-to-end)
- Organizing interviews and processes
- All the above with a sprinkle of HR
Requirements:
- Experience recruiting within Web3
- 3 years of experience in a recruitment role
- Experience filling technical roles
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Solid work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Low ego, love to collaborate, open-minded, and great vibes
- Passionate about the space
