What You Will Be Doing
The Head of FP&A drives the financial strategy for GelatoConnect (Gelato’s SaaS business unit), owning the P&L and spearheading investor reporting from our global hubs. This role leverages AI and automation to manage the full revenue funnel, meticulously tracking CARR and ARR, while integrating directly with Salesforce to ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will translate complex financial models into actionable business decisions, utilizing automated insights to optimize margins and growth. By bridging the gap between CRM data and financial performance, the Head of FP&A provides the strategic narrative necessary to scale our global SaaS operations with precision and speed.
Job Responsibilities

SaaS P&L Management
- Take full ownership of the P&L for the SaaS business unit, driving margin expansion and optimizing resource allocation.
Revenue Funnel Mastery

Systems Integration

Who You Are
You are a strategic finance leader with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You bring structure to the FP&A function and take pride in building scalable models that connect operational reality with financial performance. You are proactive, analytical, and a collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can align financial strategy with business objectives.
Our Requirements Include
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, ideally with a significant portion spent within a high-growth SaaS environment or a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Education: Qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent) or MBA with a strong focus on finance and strategy.
- Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling expertise; expert-level Salesforce integration and NetSuite ERP experience; mastery of data analysis tools.
- AI & Automation: Proficiency or strong interest in AI tools and technologies (such as Gemini, Cursor, Python, n8n, or similar) to drive automated reporting and predictive analytics.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex information clearly to investors and leadership.
