Our leading client in Derby is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team. The role is 5 days per week and permanent and has a competitive salary range between £58-£61k depending on experience.

Role

  • Managing a clinical multidisciplinary team providing supervision, performance management and mentoring.
  • Leading on clinical advice on the requirements for health surveillance.
  • Ensuring that occupational health policies and procedures are developed and maintained.
  • Developing and delivering health and wellbeing campaigns.

Essential

  • Registered Nurse
  • Experience in Occupational Health
  • Occupational Health Degree
  • Experience managing an OH Team / in a Senior OH role
